Excuses, excuses
Okay, pretty much missed almost a week of my 30 day challenge.. I just wasn’t feeling up to it, tbh. I think I hit a low mood on my depression & I was just on autopilot the rest of the week.
Anyway, this is totes gunna be a long entry to make up for those missed days.

Went to my counselling sesh last night &&, yep, I have severe depression.
Also, I asked if I could get the flu shot. She checked my temp & said “Noooo, sorry, chick; you already have it!” Bahahah
I’m pretty sure I’m getting better. I have hope now, more hope than I expected. It’s surprising but it feels good. I feel *normal* again.
